Book in Advance

  • You can book Out of Stock products in advance. We also call it pre-order. Pre-orders are accepted for selected products.
  • The production and logistics of many pet products has been disturbed due to COVID.
  • Pre-orders are to help pet parents book such products in advance and ensure the availability.
  • The delivery of pre-orders usually happens in 7-8 working days. In some cases it may take 10-15 days. We inform the pet parents if there is a further delay in availability. 
  • You can cancel pre-orders if the order is not shipped in 10 days. Full amount will be refunded, no questions asked.
  • If there is any increase in the pricing of the product in the meantime, we will inform you and request the balance payment if any.
